Summary: While checking in at the executive lounge, we had wonderful assistance from Charlie, who is very enthusiastic and patient in taking care of customer's needs. Furthermore, Lynn has been very helpful in taking care of our needs and welcoming. Overall this has been a great trip and led to a happy stay for us. The hotel has been kept in a good condition in general and room was wonderful. A small recommendation is to ensure bedsheet/ blanket care . Great experience overall

Summary: Rooms were spacious, well-designed and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful even though we couldn’t speak Chinese. Breakfast was great, lots of different options even for vegetarians. Unfortunately the hotel does not have good sustainability. They offer plastic bottles in the room and there is no water fountain in the gym - again only plastic water bottles.

Summary: The hygiene is very poor, the toilet and disposable items are all dirty. Don't use the bathtub, you will regret it after using it.
